Use functions and requirements in the FMEA in a target-oriented manner
Functions must be decomposed in the FMEA - requirements are largely not decomposable! The consequences would otherwise be "looping effects" of the same requirements over several levels of the system structure. We show solutions for the productive handling of this situation in the FMEA.
