Six Sigma Green Belt
Persons with a graduated Six Sigma Green Belt Training is the foundation of the Six Sigma Team. Six Sigma Green Belts are trained and trained in simple and advanced methods of statistics. Your training lasts 2 weeks. Six Sigma Green Belts also know more tools to effectively design and use the DMAIC cycle. During a Six Sigma project, Six Sigma Green Belts usually report to a Six Sigma Black Belt as team leader. Six Sigma Green Belts can also take over small improvement projects on their own. Support of Six Sigma Green Belts by Six Sigma Black Belts is mandatory.
Six Sigma Green Belts are expected to spend about 30% of their working time on Six Sigma projects. Six Sigma Green Belt Projects usually last 3 months and lead to a lasting savings potential of around €20,000 – €30,000 per year.Typical training levels for Six Sigma Green Belts are Masters, Laboratories, Technicians and Academics.

    The Six Sigma Green Belt Training lasts 10 days. Of these, 9 days are planned for learning and practicing the methodological tools. 1 day is reserved for the discussion of the projects of the training participants, whereby the trainer provides valuable experience and advice on the use and application of the appropriate tools.
